To accommodate these requests fairly and still plan financially, Camp Jorn offers part time children the opportunity to reschedule their alternate days if space is available within 2 weeks of cancelled days. Full-time children will be allowed 5 vacation days to be used during the school year (Sept 1-May 1). Vacation days cannot be carried over to the next year. No vacation days will be allowed from June 1-Aug 31.

A $25 service fee will be charged for all tuition express payments or checks that are returned for insufficient funds.

You will be charged a late pick-up fee of $5.00 for every minute you are late in picking up your child after 5:30 pm.

At Camp Jorn, we are thrilled to offer financial aid to those who qualify. Please note that to be considered for a scholarship, applicants must first apply for Wisconsin Shares. Families are then required to complete our online scholarship application form and submit the necessary documents to Jenn Davis at We will contact families within two weeks to discuss scholarship options once all information is received.

How much can I expect?

  • We offer scholarships up to 50% of the base rate. We do not have full scholarships.
  • For Child Care, scholarships are assessed for the duration of care, as long as funds are available.

Wisconsin’s Child Care Subsidy program, Wisconsin Shares, helps families pay for child care. If the parent is eligible, child care can be subsidized for children under the age of 13 (up to 19 if special needs). Click here for more information!
