2023 Strong Kids Campaign

Please consider this invitation to be part of the 2023 Strong Kids Campaign It is a critical part of our ability to fulfill our promise of service to kids and families and allows us all to unite behind a commitment to the future.
We are whole-heartedly committed to our program base of overnight camp, day camp and child care. Each of these programs thrive with generous community support. Each of them makes a real and definable transformation. There has been a lot of research and camp programs make an awesome impact on the positive development of our children. At its basic level camp provides kids a safe environment whereby they can have meaningful interaction with others. This allows growth in self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making. This means camp experiences prepare young people for school, careers and healthy adult lives!
Day camp offers the extra benefit of offering working parents an option for care while they earn a living. And our Child Care Center is open year around supporting families, employers and the foundations of community and education.
This is powerful beyond words. Your gift to the cause makes a BIG difference – we are not a large conglomerate where your donation gets lost in the shuffle. Every donation drives us forward and this year – your gift will be matched dollar for dollar up to a maximum of $150,000 by the commitment of Anne & John Mueller and G&W Electric. Your $100 gift brings $200 to Camp & Kids. Your $1000 gift brings $2000. How often do you get a chance to double your money and impact? Please consider a stretch gift. Ponder an amount and then double it if you can. Everything that comes in through this effort builds community. The dollars will support direct financial assistance to families in need.
